Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer-service behaviors in all Associate and Customer interactions.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet business needs and budgets.
• Maintains security of the store location and assets.
