Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy sales team in Brunswick, GA. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance in a fast-growing wireless retailer.

The role requires availability mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Training, competitive pay, bonuses and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Open work availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
