Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• As a Site Manager, driving your personal vehicle is required with a valid license and current auto insurance.
• 3+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train all new hire employees.
• Orient each new hire on facility basics and training schedule.
• Motivate store employees.
• Enforce all policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain employee schedules.
• Review timecards and schedules to ensure coverage.
• Submit bi-weekly payroll information and verify accuracy.
• Enforce progressive discipline with counseling and warnings.
• Conduct suspension and termination meetings when necessary.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports (paid-outs, sales, inventory, vendor log).
• Review inventory procedures and vendor invoicing.
• Develop stocking and inventory procedures and ensure policy compliance.
• Review sales lists with vendors and submit lottery reports.
• Run bank deposits and payroll checks; perform price surveys.
