Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train store Associates and Supervisors to engage customers effectively.
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions and community initiatives.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates to meet store goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment to meet requests.
• Ensure operational efficiency with payroll, inventory management and paperwork.
