Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive store performance across operations. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and promote AT&T offerings while managing inventory, merchandising, and scheduling.

You will develop future leaders, collaborate with district leadership, and uphold policy compliance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby store locations.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with the District Manager to execute company initiatives and launches.
• Ensure operational excellence and protect assets while maintaining policy compliance.
