Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T Authorized Retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at one of its Minnesota locations. Build leaders, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer experiences while representing the AT&T brand.

You will partner with district leadership, oversee daily operations, and promote a culture of accountability, growth, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
