Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store.

You will guide daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performance environment that reflects our brand and standards. As part of the management team, you will recruit and train staff, oversee inventory and merchandising, and collaborate on promotional strategies to achieve store targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Leadership skills with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-centric approach and passion for delivering great service.
• Analytical ability to read sales data, manage budgets, and drive decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Customer Experience: create exceptional shopping experiences and resolve customer issues.
• Sales & Performance: drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
