You will drive sales, loyalty, and talent development through coaching, onboarding, and sound store operations, while maintaining visual standards and managing expenses—creating a welcoming, community-oriented shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in specialty retail required.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency is necessary; experience with store POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities
