• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and coaching.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site standards, and safety procedures.
• Establish regular communication meetings with staff and the Market Manager.
• Evaluate and implement action plans to meet site objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reports, merchandising, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure required employment posters are visible.
