Job summary

You will work under the Circle K leadership team to develop employees, monitor performance, and ensure safe, compliant operations while engaging with the local community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities described in the job description.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions and processes.
• Ability to use computer including reports, inventory, cash control and counseling notices.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees ensuring customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
