• Ability to use computer systems for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral/written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately.
