Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform duties and working in described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash, notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and up to standard.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to all employees.
• Train staff to meet customer service, site image and marketing standards.
• Communicate timely with all employees.
• Evaluate and implement action plans to meet objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise staff to ensure reports are completed and merchandise displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines; manage margins.
• Safeguard and account for all money.
