Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Manager to drive store production and lead a team of assistants, production staff, and donation attendants. You will manage operations, implement strategic plans, and ensure customer service excellence to support the Goodwill mission.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, inventory oversight, and the ability to relocate across stores as needed to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in Retail Management.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Leads and coaches team members to deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand positively.
• Partners with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
• Transfers between stores as needed to support area performance.

2844 E Main St. Mesa Arizona, 85213, [phone] x#213Starting Pay :$70,000.00 AnnualThis position is eligible for a monthly bonus, based on performance goals once training is completedPosition Description:Drives retail business operations at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities, to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Responsible for entire store production, directly leading Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
