Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and a high-performing team across GCNA locations. You will drive sales, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure excellent donor and customer service.

The role requires at least one year of retail management and one year of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

1495 W Hunt Hwy San Tan Valley Arizona, 85143, [phone] x4730Starting Pay :$47,000.00 AnnualThis position is eligible for a monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000 based on performance goals.Position Description:Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Assists with leading production room as appropriate.
