Job summary

Circle K in Bainbridge, GA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, training, scheduling and compliance with company standards to maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales data, control costs and motivate a team towards achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash handling, notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks and maintain a clean, stocked site per Company standards.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to optimize service.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize site files, reports and merchandising.
• Analyze daily sales and manage profit-related metrics.
