Skechers is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Morris Plains, NJ to support the Management Team in operations and to lead a team delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll drive store performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and execute sales initiatives to boost profitability.

You will lead, coach and motivate staff, ensure brand standards, and oversee scheduling and opening/closing procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales management and meeting targets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and restock to keep the store organized and inviting.
