Qualifications

• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restocking processes, and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
