Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for equipment usage.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Computer skills including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well presented based on Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and training to staff to meet standards.
• Ensure effective communication with all employees in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure accurate reporting and merchandising.
• Oversee merchandising, stock levels, displays and pricing to optimize sales.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits; budget and forecast P&L lines.
