• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing employees and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all hours of operation are covered and recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels with regular stock checks and supplier coordination.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.
• In charge of store financials and collaboration with District Manager.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees and develop the team.
