Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Falmouth, ME is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the store’s daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and deliver the highest level of customer service.

You will lead a team, manage staffing and training, collaborate with marketing and distribution, maintain safety and compliance, and ensure a clean, welcoming showroom. This role emphasizes ownership through ESOP and a strong focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma with 3-5 years of industry/retail experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• ASE certification a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet/exceed sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets for the store.
• Lead, coach, and direct staff to achieve goals and policy adherence.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain employees delivering high-quality service.
• Deliver quality work on time to drive long-term sales growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and corporate to grow the store.
• Maintain safe, clean store and protect assets; follow OSHA rules.
• Create a customer-friendly environment with clean showroom and waiting area.
• Ensure security systems and well-lit environment.
• Manage displays to support sales.
• Perform other duties as needed.
