Retail Store Manager (Disney Springs - Lake Buena Vista, FL)

This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

• Embodies our culture and values through high self-accountability, serving as a role model internally and externally.

• Recruits, hires, and trains store associates and supervisors to actively engage customers in meaningful ways.

• Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.

• Directs daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates aligned with company and store goals.

• Works with cross-functional teams like Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to deliver timely outcomes.

• Ensures operational efficiency by managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.

• Develops and maintains store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.

• Provides and receives feedback across all organizational levels for continuous improvement.

What you bring to the team

• At least 2 years of management experience in retail.

• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.

• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners.

• Experience in setting and achieving personal and team goals.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical skills and proficiency in building advanced spreadsheets.

• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.

• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory/POS systems.

• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and team motivator.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

This role involves physical activity, including standing for extended periods and occasional physical tasks.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
