This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

• Embody our culture and values through high self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members internally and externally.
• Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to actively engage customers in meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with company and store goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to meet needs and requests.
• Ensure operational efficiency by managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.
• Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer experience.
• Provide and receive feedback across all organizational levels to improve the business continuously.

What you bring to the team

• Over 2 years of management experience in retail.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams, setting personal and professional goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with advanced spreadsheet models.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, take initiative, and deal with a variety of tasks.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory, and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, capable of motivating others.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• This role involves constant movement and standing for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Applicants must be 18 or older.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
