Qualifications

• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and well-kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all site employees and management.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed on time.
• Manage merchandise display and pricing; ensure posters/signs are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; forecast P&L; protect cash handling.
