Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image and supervise staff accordingly.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site presentation.
• Supervise and implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and hold regular update meetings.
• Organize site files, manage reports and ensure accurate, timely completion.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed and correctly priced.
• Maintain required employment posters and notices.
