FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, coach staff, recruit top talent, and drive financial performance. The role emphasizes customer relations, asset protection, and adherence to company standards.

The position offers a lucrative bonus based on store performance and requires 2+ years of management/customer service experience in retail or similar environments. Bilinguals encouraged; located at various Texas locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, walk, climb, push, pull and lift.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Store Managers work 45+ hours a week with flexibility including weekends/holidays.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old; High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
• Oversee training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close store; count cash drawers; protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection via inventory control and loan management.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, store systems and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes for value/ integrity.
• Complete assigned tasks and self-development training.
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives clearly.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
