Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months–1 year experience).
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Responsible for budget and reaching goals of the store.
• Hire, train, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed by team members.
• Maintain team member schedules through the system.
• Ensure clear and precise communication with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards.
