Job summary

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. in Clinton, TN is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead the Clinton store’s operations and drive profitability. You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage budgets, and help the store meet its goals.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A pre-employment drug screen is required.

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager for our Clinton store. Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary:

To ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the Goodwill store(s) assigned to their responsibility to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities. Under the supervision of the VP of Retail is responsible for all aspects of operating the store(s) assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months – 1 year experience)


• Deliver outstanding customer service


• Responsible for budget and reaching goals of the store


• Hire, Train, motivate, and inspire team members


• Ensure processes and procedures are followed by team members

Maintain team member schedules through the system

Ensure clear and precise communication with team members and supervisors

Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards
