ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER POSITION

Current Boutique is seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-forward leader to manage our Clarendon location. As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dynamic team dedicated customer experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, results-driven, and passionate about developing people, building community, and creating a positive store culture.

The ideal candidate brings experience in retail management, fashion merchandising, or a related field, along with a strong passion for fashion and resale. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1+ years of clothing retail management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Canva, and Microsoft Office
• Team oriented and sales driven
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
• High energy, and strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of labels and fashion
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be able to work during store hours

STORE HOURS:

• Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Saturday: 11 AM – 8 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance
• Oversee daily cash handling and maintain accurate cash flow procedures
• Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to consistently deliver the Current Boutique guest experience
• Build and manage the store schedule to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
• Assign, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations
• Address all customer feedback and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a service-first mindset
• Maintain all store areas to Current Boutique standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization
