Qualifications

• Previous experience in clothing retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process incoming consignment inventory.
• Update visual displays and mannequins to reflect current trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including personal styling, managing fitting rooms, and operating the cash wrap/register.
• Explain our consignment agreement clearly to potential consignors.
• Monitor and organize store inventory.
• Maintain strong relationships with consignors and customers by checking accounts and applying store credits.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
