Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Louisiana to lead daily operations of a retail pawn store.

You will drive customer service, oversee staff, recruit and develop talent, manage cash and assets, and promote a positive, productive environment while achieving financial goals. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supervising Pawnbrokers, ensuring asset protection, monitoring loans and inventory, and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management and customer service experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Recruit and train top talent; supervise staff.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, merchandising, and POS systems.
• Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards.
