Responsibilities

People

• Recruit and hire staff to meet business and client needs.
• Onboard and train new employees; provide ongoing education and training for current staff.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through the Customer Experience Model, product knowledge, storytelling, suggestive selling, and community outreach.
• Analyze business performance to ensure client retention and actively acquire new clients via the customer capture process.
• Motivate staff, set daily sales goals, and focus on specific items or promotions.
• Maintain clienteling efforts in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, including achieving client capture targets, maintaining client records, and following up.
• Ensure active floor presence to supervise sales coverage and support staff with systems.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate regularly using platforms like Opterus.
• Ensure timely completion of LMS and KPA Safety Training via independent portals.
• Lead by example with compliance and integrity.

Product

• Stay updated on new product developments and features.
• Know and communicate the Porsche Design history and storytelling behind products.
• Merchandise products according to Porsche Design standards and directives.

Processes

• Manage KPIs such as SPH, UPT, and basket value.
• Conduct monthly MPCs and annual performance reviews with staff.
• Complete scheduling and commission calculations monthly.
• Manage store inventory and control costs.
• Complete marketing tasks promptly.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation, petty cash management, and bank deposits.
• Generate daily/weekly sales reports for accounting.
• Assist in loss prevention with attention to detail.
• Follow management directives and perform other duties as assigned.
• Use POS system efficiently for sales, returns, exchanges, and customer data entry.
• Implement security measures effectively, including alarms and safes.
• Follow safety protocols for lifting, ladder use, and cleanliness.
