Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive store performance across operations. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and promote AT&T offerings while managing inventory, merchandising, and scheduling.

You will develop future leaders, collaborate with district leadership, and uphold policy compliance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby store locations.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.
