Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will coach managers, develop leaders, and ensure operational excellence across a busy retail environment in Louisiana.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, scheduling, and partnerships with district leadership to execute strategic initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.


• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.


• High school diploma or GED required.


• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.


• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.


• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.


• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
