Job summary

Prime Communications, a leading AT&T retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Jasper, Alabama. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, coach assistants, and ensure outstanding customer experience while upholding operational excellence.

You'll recruit and develop store leaders, manage daily operations, merchandising, schedules, and inventory, and partner with district leadership to execute initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
