Prime Communications in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach assistants and consultants, manage daily operations, and execute store initiatives with district support.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong track record in retail, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.


• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.


• High school diploma or GED required.


• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.


• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.


• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.


• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
