Job summary

First Cash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations at First National Pawn. You will develop employees, drive sales and profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across a diverse range of merchandise, from jewelry to electronics and tools.

The role emphasizes coaching, team development, and maintaining high standards of service, accurate cash handling, and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus
