FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive performance.

You will develop employees, deliver strong customer service, and manage inventory, assets, and financial results while working with a diverse merchandise mix including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. You will coach and develop the team, supervise store performance, and foster a customer-centric culture on a schedule that may include weekends.

Competenze

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Retail or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Store Manager

$21.20 - $26.47 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy developing employees, driving business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, coach employees for success, and help drive growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What You'll Do

• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
