Job summary

First Cash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Everett, WA to lead daily operations, grow sales, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will coach staff, optimize inventory, manage pricing, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving profitability and loyalty across a broad range of merchandise. Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Retail or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Store Manager

$25.68- $29.03 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy developing employees, driving business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, coach employees for success, and help drive growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
