Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail operations. You will supervise a team across daily storefront activities, merchandising, and promotions to ensure top-tier customer service and sales results.

This role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive performance. You will oversee product launches, coordinate promotional events, and guide a team to exceed targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience and leadership skills.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Retail Store Manager-3 Battleship jobs earn between $49,500.00 - $74,300.00 + commission $26,000 . Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
