AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location in Grove City, OH. You will oversee daily operations, merchandise, launches, and promotions while driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, mentor staff, and coordinate events to boost community engagement. The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
