AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to lead a retail storefront in Milton, GA. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, plan and execute promotional activities, and manage relationships with stakeholders to meet business goals. The role includes a strong focus on leadership and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $55,000.00 - $82,600.00 + commission $24,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
