Job summary

AT&T in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to lead daily store operations, drive sales objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience across products and services.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants, oversee merchandising, product launches, and off-site promotions, and participate in paid training to develop leadership skills. Weekly hours are 40, location Chicago, salary range listed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $24,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
