AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location in Aurora, IL. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and drive sales while ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to hit targets and participate in outreach events to promote products and services. The role offers comprehensive training, competitive salary, and benefits; ideal candidates have strong leadership, planning, and telecom industry

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. Our most successful Store Managers have:

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

Prior management experience

Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-3 Battleship jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $26,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
