Job summary

AT&T in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Store Manager-1 Focus to lead daily store operations and partner with a store manager to develop a high-performing team delivering best-in-class service.

You will oversee merchandising and product launches, help meet sales objectives, and drive outreach events, with a strong training emphasis to strengthen leadership and customer experience. 40 hours weekly in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-1 Focus jobs earn between $49,500.00 - $74,300.00 + commission $22,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
