AT&T in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure customers experience our best-in-class services and technology.

You will drive sales and service, develop staff through coaching, plan and execute initiatives with key stakeholders, and foster a high-performance culture. The role offers strong pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
