We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to lead our ZWILLING Shop in your area. Our rapidly expanding team is looking for career-oriented managers who are eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Personnel
2. Recruit top talent in collaboration with the HR Team
3. Train staff in product knowledge, selling skills, and store operations
4. Motivate and develop associates through feedback and coaching, including employee assessments
5. Maintain a safe, pleasant, and cooperative work environment
6. Adhere to company policies and standards

Operations

1. Analyze and optimize store operations for maximum profitability
2. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
3. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and inviting for customers and staff

Marketing and Customer Relations

1. Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
2. Develop local community outreach programs to promote the store
3. Coordinate in-store and off-site special events

Qualifications and Skills:

• A passion for culinary arts
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of retail sales management experience
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and written skills
• Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. or more and use a ladder safely
• U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Compensation: Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
