AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail center, oversee daily store operations, and coach a team to meet sales goals. You’ll drive merchandising, product launches, and customer experience while coordinating outreach events and promotions.

Successful candidates bring 3+ years of sales or customer experience in telecom, prior management, and strong planning, analytical, and collaboration skills. The role offers training and growth paths within AT&T’s retail network.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.

• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $55,000‑$82,600 in annual salary plus $24,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Our retail careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during stores busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store’s sales objectives.
