Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Surprise store. You will recruit and train associates, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

You will manage inventory, schedule, and visual presentation, partner with bakery production, and uphold company policies. Flexible evenings and weekends required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to constantly stand, bend, reach and work with your hands.

The Russell Stover Chocolates store environment is unlike most others. It is a destination for consumers looking to purchase an off the shelf or customized gift for someone special. It is an experience for those wanting to treat themselves and their families to our in-store made fudge, caramel apples, and hot fudge sundaes. As theRetail Store Manager, you must be up for the challenge of managing the duality and seasonality of our store environment.
