Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Abilene store and drive sales in a dynamic, seasonal environment.

You will recruit and coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure top-notch customer service while upholding budgeted goals and strong store presentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 5 pounds with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and work with your hands.

A day in the life…

The Russell Stover Chocolates store environment is unlike most others. It is a destination for consumers looking to purchase an off the shelf or customized gift for someone special. It is an experience for those wanting to treat themselves and their families to our in-store made fudge, caramel apples, and hot fudge sundaes. As theRetail Store Manager, you must be up for the challenge of managing the duality and seasonality of our store environment.

What you will be doing…

• Manage the regular in-house production of a variety of confection items made locally in our candy kitchen
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and controls
• Perform back office duties
