About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally motivated Store Manager to lead our team at our Westfield UTC location. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a profound passion for retail, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to drive sales and cultivate an exceptional customer experience. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining our brand presence within this prestigious retail environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Drive sales performance by exceeding customer expectations and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to maximize sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, upholding our commitment to superior service.
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily store operations, including precise opening/closing procedures and meticulous inventory management.
  • Proficiency in uploading and processing inventory data accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Westfield UTC operational guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain an impeccably clean, safe, and organized store environment.
Brand Partnership & Product Knowledge
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and effectively communicate with our various partner brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our partner brands.
  • Stay comprehensively informed about new products, brand narratives, and current market trends.
  • Effectively communicate in-depth product knowledge to the team and customers.
Visual Merchandising & Inventory Control
  • Implement sophisticated visual merchandising strategies to create an appealing and impactful store display.
  • Manage inventory levels with precision, ensuring accurate stock control and timely replenishment. Communicate with partner brands regarding restocks.
  • Conduct regular, thorough stock checks and implement measures to minimize shrinkage.
Recruitment & Hiring
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for sales associates, ensuring the selection of highly qualified candidates.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in retail management .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred (significant equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership, advanced communication, and superior interpersonal skills.
  • Proven expertise in customer service and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and advanced experience with inventory management software, including uploading and processing inventory data.
  • In-depth knowledge of sophisticated visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business demands.
  • Strong passion for connecting with people and delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to safely climb a ladder and push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move around the store for the duration of your shift.
Compensation & Benefits
